  8. I'm so glad to have found this workout. Golfers' elbow means I can't do pull-ups but I still need to work my back. None of these exercises bothered my elbow (except the curl in the reverse row, but appart from 1 trial rep, I didn't do it). Now that I'm done I have a lovely warm feeling in my back Thanks again coach

  10. What weight should I use ?
    Because I did this workout with 2 dumbbells of 4 kg each (almost 9 pounds) and halfway trough the workout I wasn't able to keep going and I had to take a break. ( I was doing the easy routine ). This was my first time of this workout, I'm 15 and I'm a girl. Should I took lighter dumbbells or keep going and try to do more every time with the same weights ?

    great workout I was able to do all of them in a chair…having back surgery soon, so I can't do standing workouts. It would be awesome if you could do some chair workouts for the advanced bodybuilders with injuries.
