  1. I have been doing your workouts for a couple of months and I can see a difference. I really appreciate the modified exercises. I have a bad back and knees but the modifications help me be able to work out. Thank-you and keep up the good work!

    This was a challenge! Definitely got my heart rate up and the sweats going! I did this one on the heels of the 1 min Energy Booster (My fave after working at my desk in the morning) so this one was a nice extension of some of those moves. It was a nice surprise and I think it really helped kicked the workout up a notch! Thanks Lucy! Love your workouts! ๐Ÿ˜€

    Thanks Lucy! Fell off the bandwagon for months after vacation, but it feels really good to get back to it. Your workouts are so approachable and it feels so GOOD to do them. Many other workouts I've done make me DREAD doing them beforehand, but yours I don't! I also love that you always talk throughout them because it keeps me focused!
