I did it again it went so fast …I did some modifications to suit my age…no floor exercises but did it standing up and on the chair..I am not a beginner but at my age many would not know they can do it…I enjoy it…your encouragement with Claudia you both are a perfect pair to work out with….I am refreshed…thank you Malaysia
