    This workout was awesome. Deceptively harder than it looks. I switched off between a long looser band and a tight shorter one. I've odne band workouts a lot and I didn't think this was going to be this tough. Loved it.

    bought resistance bands a month or so back; never got to using them cause i just never found any coherent workout. this looks so promising, can't wait to try it out tomorrow!!! you guys rock. seriously
