  15. Today is day number two of working out with you two. I love your energy and the tips on how not to overdo it when just starting to work out.   22. After a full month of break, this one feels quite easy, as most of HASFIT's beginner workouts do. Unlike HIIT workouts from other channels this doesn't make me see black spots, feel nauseous, exhausted, sleepy afterwards (probably too difficult for me). I don't have to give up during these, this is just perfect for beginners. It makes me sweat but in moderation and I do not feel like I am damaging myself. And I also like Kozak's voice, it's the first time I felt motivated merely by someone's words on youtube, not too pushy, very relaxing therefore helpful during rough moments.

  25. I did mostly Coach's workout, and I am sweating so much! I thought I clicked on a senior workout, and I did the whole workout thinking, if the elderly can do this, so I can I! Afterward, I realized it was actually a low-impact beginner workout. Now I'm impressed with my body and what mind over matter can do!
