1. Front and Side Raises – 3 sets of 12 Reps
-Single Arm Pushdown – 12 Reps each arm

2. Bent Over Lateral Raise- 4 Sets of 10 Reps

3. Rope Overhead Extension- 4 Sets of 10-12 Reps

4. Stand Up Military Press – 3 Sets of 10-12 Reps

5. Reverse Grip Skull Crushers – 4 Sets of 12 Reps

6. Around the Worlds- 3 Sets of 12 Reps
