This intense circuit will run as follows, 1 min each move, 4 rounds in total and rest for 30sec at the end of each round and repeat. Your awesome moves to use are:

– Squat thrust
– Dips
– Skater lunges
– 3 press-ups and 1,2,3, step

rest 30 seconds and repeat
