  17. I'm not a mom, but as a busy student and a social girl, I like this kind of thing when I don't feel like doing a 20+ minute workout. Plus, if I'm feeling lazy, this is so quick that I can't make an excuse. Also, could you do a video about healthy eating on a tight budget? Since I'm in university and living on my own I've had to tighten my belt a bit. Thanks!

  31. is it possible to do a prolapse / diastasis friendly work out?

    I did also want to know, do you really feel 4 mins is enough, or do we really need a good half hour a day? you know in order to make a real difference to our bodies
