  8. Has anyone lost weight by doing these videos? I've been searching B forever for something that I can do everyday or most days that I'll actually get results from and this looks like what I need but I need that motivation form other people results haha

  19. Fitnessblender. Kelli…. I want to lose hip fat… I don't have big booty but I have wide fat hip…. What kind of exercise shall I do to lose hip fat?

  20. Don't be fooled…this little workout packs quite the punch! I had felt a tad guilty because I had a longer session planned for tonight but I was just so utterly exhausted from work I decided to just do this shortie of routine instead and let me tell you… I definitely got my workout complete! I was huffing and puffing and felt like I had just survived bootcamp (and I do level 4 & 5 workouts regularly) I did a cool down and stretch for busy people and boom… a fantastic, through workout under 25 mins. Truly…more is not always better and it's always good to remind yourself that sometimes. Thanks FB for helping me build effective but healthy & sustainable fitness habits.

  23. What I love is that she really works herself, she's obviously out of breath, tired, hating some of it and showing it. Like the rest of us. It doesn't look so fake that I'm put off, she's so motivating!

Cause I don't want to over do it. Also I am in the 30% of body fat right now if I do these workouts & eat right will that help my body fat percentage shrink?
