    This is the end of my second week working out to this video and one of keaira lashae's and I have managed to lose 3 pounds. That isn't a lot, but it's a start!     I can't believe I'm only finding this 2 years in the future!! I'm generally one of the laziest people – your physical epitome of a couch potato who just lies in bed with a laptop perched on her stomach all day. this is the first work out I (surprisingly) managed to complete!! I've tried my luck with a few beginner videos but I have never reached the end to any of those, nor have I felt as good as I do after completing this work out!
